Return and Exchange Policy:

Please note that we do not accept returns for items that are on sale or clearance.

Exchange Policy:

We understand that you may need to exchange an item for a different size or colour from time to time. We offer a 15-day exchange policy, which means you can exchange an item within 15 days of receiving it for a different size or color.

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it to be eligible for an exchange. To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team within 15 days of receiving the item. We will provide you with instructions on how to exchange the item, and you will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with exchanging the item.

Once we receive the exchanged item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your exchange. If the item meets our exchange policy criteria, we will send you the new item.

Please note that we do not accept exchanges for items that are on sale or clearance.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If, by any chance, you receive a damaged or defective item, kindly get in touch with our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving the item. We will ask for photos of the damage or defect, and we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.

After receiving the returned item, we will conduct an inspection and keep you informed about the status of your refund or exchange. If the item meets our return or exchange policy criteria, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method, or exchange the item for another product of equal value.

Shipping Costs:

You will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning or exchanging an item, unless the item is damaged or defective. To ensure that your returned item reaches us, we suggest using a trackable shipping service and obtaining shipping insurance since we cannot assure the safe delivery of your item to us.

Refunds:

When we receive your returned item, we'll check it out and let you know whether or not your refund has been processed. If the item meets our return policy criteria, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your refund to be processed and reflected on your account, depending on your payment method.
